I’ll say up front, the sensor did work most days, so it’s not like it was completely useless or anything. But I did get a few random dropouts and some readings that just seemed off, which was frustrating when I was counting on it daily. Support was okay and did what they could, so I’m not trying to make it sound worse than it was. I just expected it to be a bit more steady for regular use.

The sensor was fine at first, so I really thought it was going to work out. But then the app tracking started getting all over the place. Some days had random gaps, and other times it showed weird spikes that made no sense based on what I actually did. I kept trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong, but it felt like the app was just not giving me a fair shot. Support eventually got back to me, but it took longer than I hoped, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst product ever, but I ended up feeling like I paid for something I couldn’t really count on.

I ordered the wrong sensor by mistake. So I had to send it back. I was worried it would turn into a hassle.

The Bluetooth just would not stay connected while I was running, and it got old really fast. I’d be in the middle of a workout and suddenly lose audio again. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me or my phone instead of actually helping figure it out, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

I expected the app to take a little getting used to, but it was super simple right from the start. It’s quick, easy to navigate, and I’ve never felt confused trying to find what I need.

I really wanted to like this for everyday wear because it feels light and comfortable when I first put it on. Unfortunately, after a few hours the strap starts getting itchy, which is disappointing. It’s okay for short periods, but I don’t think I’d wear it all day.

I expected the adhesive to give up fast because stuff like this always seems to peel off the second you live your normal life. But it actually held up well with daily wear. The edges did lift a bit after showers, which I feel like happens with basically every adhesive product ever, but it never fully came off or irritated my skin. I’d say it’s solid overall, just maybe not the best if you sweat a lot.
